Remove examples from docs repo and use main repo instead #1

This is to avoid a potential missing attribute error when running napari from above the repo root folder.

This PR should be merged in conjunction with napari/napari#5216. It keeps the examples directory in the main repo. The logic is that users should be able to clone only the main repo (not this docs repo) and try the examples locally.
